1. Unified setting of Megmeet welding machine
The so-called unification of welding means that the welding machine automatically matches the welding voltage according to the currently set welding current and the unification voltage correction value.
The unification setting of Megmeet welding machine should first turn on the function on the welding machine side, short press the unary/separate button, enter the unification mode, and the matching voltage value and arc length correction value can be viewed through the right cycle switching button. When ±the indicator light is on or flashing, the voltage that is automatically matched in the unification mode can be fine-tuned by adjusting the voltage knob on the wire feeder or the panel knob on the power supply of the welding machine, as shown in the figure.
The default value of the voltage correction in unification is 0, with a range of -30% to +30%. The current welding given voltage relationship is as follows: current welding given voltage = unification voltage value + (voltage correction value%) × (unification voltage value)
2. Some parameter settings of Megmeet welding machine and system
(1) Arc starting time
Both the welder and the system can set the arc start time, and the arc start time of the welder and the system needs to be set to the same value in order to perform the arc start action correctly.
(2) Preparation/lag aspiration time
The lag gas supply time is the same as the preparation air supply time, and the system is set to lag gas supply according to the time set on the welder side.
(3) Arc start time (P17 on the welding machine)
This parameter can only take effect when the system and the welder are set consistently
(4) Arc closing time (P18 on the welding machine)
This parameter can only take effect when the system and the welder are set consistently
(5) P02 slow wire feeding speed
The slow wire feeding speed refers to the wire feeding speed before the arc, the speed of the slow wire feeding speed will affect the shutter of the arc, the larger the slow wire feeding speed, the faster the arc starting, and vice versa, but the setting is too large may cause deflagration and blocking the contact tip, and the optimal value should be set according to the actual situation.
(6) P01 fever return time
The reheating time means that the wire will continue to burn for a period of time at the end of the welding after the welding is completed, so as to control the dry elongation length, but because the action of our system does not match the welding machine, this parameter will cause the dry elongation to be too long after the program is completed, and it is recommended not to open it
