The use of suitable materials and cross-sections can also reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the heat transfer component.

Under the specification of the indoor space and cost of the equipment, the heat pipe radiator with the smallest thermal resistance should be selected. The need to keep in mind is that when the temperature of the base steel plate of the power module drops slightly, the symmetry develops significantly if there are no problems.

When two interfaces of different temperatures face each other, a continuous source of radiation that produces heat is transmitted.
