1. Add a protective cover as much as possible, and clean up the chips and oil splashed on the ruler in time to strictly prevent any foreign matter from entering the inside of the grating ruler sensor housing.

2. When plugging and unplugging the grating displacement sensor and the plug holder of the digital display, the power should be turned off.

3. In order to prolong the life of the dust-proof sealing strip, a thin layer of silicone oil can be evenly coated on the sealing strip, and care should not splash on the glass grating scribing surface.

4. Regularly check whether the mounting screws are loose.

5. In order to ensure the reliability of the grating displacement sensor, the grating surface and the indicator grating surface can be cleaned and wiped with ethanol mixture (50% each) at certain intervals to keep the glass grating surface clean.

6. Do not disassemble the grating displacement sensor by yourself, and do not arbitrarily change the relative spacing between the main scale and the secondary scale, otherwise the accuracy of the grating scale sensor may be damaged on the one hand; On the other hand, it may also cause relative friction between the main scale and the secondary scale, and damage the chrome layer will also damage the grid line, resulting in the scrapping of the scale.

7. Attention should be paid to preventing oil and water pollution of the grating ruler surface, so as not to damage the distribution of the grating ruler lines and cause measurement errors.

8. The grating displacement sensor should try to avoid working in a serious corrosive environment, so as not to corrode the chromium layer of the grating and the surface of the grating ruler, and damage the quality of the grating ruler.

9. The grating displacement sensor is strictly forbidden to vibrate violently and beat, so as not to damage the grating ruler, if the grating ruler is broken, the grating ruler sensor will fail.
