1. Visual inspection method: observe the appearance of the relay by the naked eye, check whether it is damaged or deformed, observe whether the contacts are tightly contacted, and whether there are copper slag and other substances attached to the contacts.

2. Parameter detection method: use test instruments to detect various parameters of the relay, such as: electrical parameters such as resistance, inductance, capacitance and other signal parameters of the relay, voltage and current. Among them, the resistance value should not be too large or too small, the inductance value should be close to the required range, and the capacitance value should not fluctuate greatly.

3. Joint detection method: comprehensively apply a variety of detection methods, such as visual inspection + parameter detection or parameter detection + functional testing, etc., to conduct a comprehensive inspection of high and low voltage relays. By simulating the actual use of the relay, such as voltage, temperature and other conditions, the working performance of the high and low voltage relay is tested to ensure its normal operation and long life.

The above three methods are commonly used high and low voltage relay detection methods, and special attention needs to be paid to safety during testing, and the appropriate testing instruments and test frequencies are selected to accurately judge the working state of the relay in order to improve work efficiency and create reliable electrical equipment.
