In any country, environmental problems arise because of development. China's target period from carbon peak to carbon neutrality is only 30 years, which is far shorter than the 50-70 years period of developed countries in Europe and the United States, which establishes China's image as a responsible major country and demonstrates China's responsibility as a major country to actively fulfill its international responsibility to address climate change and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Tips:

Carbon peaking refers to the fact that carbon dioxide emissions will no longer grow and reach a peak at a certain point in time, and then gradually decline.

Carbon neutrality refers to offsetting the carbon dioxide emissions generated by oneself within a certain period of time through afforestation, energy conservation and emission reduction, etc., to achieve "zero carbon dioxide emissions".

Solar energy resources are widely distributed and inexhaustible, and have become an important part of clean energy. Commonly used photovoltaic cells are generally polycrystalline silicon and monocrystalline silicon cells, but their raw material supply capacity is limited and the price fluctuates greatly. In order to solve the dependence on raw materials from a technical point of view, concentrated solar cells have been highly valued by the industry, especially gallium arsenide solar cells.

GaAs solar cells use the principle of convex lenses to focus sunlight hundreds or even thousands of times and project them onto the solar cells, and the alignment accuracy of the convex lens and the semiconductor unit directly affects the photoelectric conversion rate. In the traditional manual assembly process, workers mainly rely on the naked eye and experience to assemble, resulting in poor product consistency and low photoelectric conversion rate. In order to change this pain point in the industry, SIASUN cooperated with a well-known smart energy company in Guangdong Province to successfully build an intelligent assembly line for gallium arsenide solar cells based on industrial robots and machine vision technology as early as 2014.

In this project, SIASUN provided users with a full set of production line equipment, including industrial robots, feeding, gluing, press-fitting workbenches and automatic conveyor lines. The project uses industrial robots to complete the flexible handling of solar panels, accurately identifies the mark points through machine vision, and efficiently adjusts the position of the substrate with a floating device to achieve the best alignment accuracy between the concentrating unit and the semiconductor unit, and completes the assembly of the aluminum frame and the solar cell substrate, which greatly improves the quality and photoelectric conversion rate of the product. This project is not only the user's first intelligent assembly line for solar cells, but also provides a good demonstration for the upgrading of domestic solar cell manufacturing process!

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is recognized as the cleanest fossil energy on the planet, and is a clean, efficient and ecologically high-quality energy and fuel for both industrial and residential purposes. The manufacturing process is to first purify the natural gas produced by the gas field, after a series of ultra-low temperature liquefaction, and then transport it by special ships or tank trucks, and LNG tank containers are important carriers to ensure safe and efficient transportation.

SIASUN joined hands with COSCO Shipping to successfully build an intelligent manufacturing production line for LNG tank containers. Relying on the intelligent factory, with the integration of industrialization and industrialization as the goal, and the intelligence of key processes as the core, this intelligent production line promotes the production flow through logistics and information flow, and has the functions of informatization depth self-perception, intelligent optimization and self-decision-making, precise control and self-execution, and establishes a full life cycle intelligent system from product design, production, management to service, and creates a new benchmark for the "smart factory" of China's heavy product manufacturing.

Hydropower is a renewable and clean energy, and in the case of the increasing shortage of traditional energy sources on the earth, countries around the world generally give priority to the development of hydropower and vigorously use hydropower resources. China ranks first in the world in terms of both proven hydropower reserves and potential exploitable hydropower resources. The Gezhouba Water Conservancy Project is the first large-scale hydropower station on the Yangtze River and the world's largest low-head, high-flow, run-of-the-river hydropower station. During the annual flood season, regional floods in the Yangtze River basin occur frequently, and the scum is piled up in front of the dam, resulting in an increase in the pressure difference of the trash rack and a decrease in the power generation head of the unit, which can cause the unplanned shutdown of the unit in serious cases.

In order to effectively solve the problem of multi-type, large-scale and high-intensity bleaching, SIASUN has successfully developed a safe and efficient intelligent cleaning robot. SIASUN intelligent sewage cleaning robot is 20 meters high, equipped with a pair of hydraulic telescopic steel arms, the telescopic arm travel can reach 15 meters, the maximum lifting speed is 8 meters per minute, mainly responsible for the cleaning task in front of the trash grid of the power station, can quickly complete the salvage and grabbing work of various sizes of floating objects under different water depth conditions, from small scum to hugging large trees. In addition, it can remotely cooperate with the central control room to realize the functions of the unit's trash rack differential pressure judgment, bleaching positioning, pressurized grabbing, hopper buffering, rapid loading and unloading, etc., and at the same time has its own drainage system, which can effectively avoid the secondary pollution caused by the bleaching process to the dam surface.
