At the beginning of gluing, 3D vision extracts the edge contour of the sole and generates a gluing track to guide the robot to complete the gluing work. The following gluing process of the robot is completed by offline programming, which is very accurate to check the accuracy of the robot, that is, where to go, rather than the repeatability of a few thousandths of a millimeter as is generally believed.
Xinshida SD7/900 desktop robot gives full play to its own advantages in the control system in the gluing process. The robot integrates DH error compensation, flexible statics and dynamic compensation, which can easily complete the gluing large attitude change, and the positioning accuracy is controlled within 0.5mm, which is in the leading position in China.
In order to ensure the quality of gluing, the robot needs to run smoothly at hundreds of thousands of small line paths without pause. To this end, the new Shida robot completes the high-speed and stable operation of TCP according to the optimal track planning of the dynamic programming, and at the same time, with the blessing of the affirmative accuracy compensation skill, the gluing speed of the robot is stable and uniform, and the efficiency is increased by 30%.
In addition, the new Shida robot has servo parameter self-tuning and high-precision inertia feedforward, which can improve the motion response, and minimize the chatter during start-stop and operation, ensure the consistency of glue discharge and gluing, and prevent problems such as glue overflow and lack of glue.
As an important station on the assembly line, the robot control system can adapt to a variety of shoe types through the deep combination of the robot control system and the general control system of the production line, and can be switched at any time when the product plan changes, and can complete the mixed line production. The tracking technology of the new Shida robot assembly line ensures that the final tracking accuracy of the robot error and visual calibration error is within 1mm, and the maximum tracking speed can reach 1000mm/s.
