(1) Ensure that the safety fence cannot be easily moved or removed.
(2) Make the safety fence into a structure that is not easy to be damaged or deformed by external forces during operation.
(3) Stipulate the entrance and exit of the safety fence and make it impossible for the operator or a third party to enter and exit from a place other than the entrance.
(4) Make a structure where parts of the body, such as hands and feet, cannot enter the fence.
(5) Please take the following measures at the entrance and exit of the safety fence.
A. Install a safety door at the entrance and exit of the safety fence, and install an interlock device that can automatically activate the emergency stop device when the safety door is opened.
B. At the entrance and exit of the safety fence, it is marked "when the robot is running, it is forbidden to enter" and "when the robot is operating, it is forbidden to start the robot", and let the operator strictly abide by its regulations.
In order to prevent workers from entering the movable restriction area of the robot without the installation of safety barriers and before starting the robot due to trial operation, it is necessary to have a supervisor who can immediately check the operation status of the robot outside the movable restriction area to ensure the safety of the workers.
