Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology issued a list of the first batch of 10 benchmark smart factories in Shanghai, and the new Shida Robot Super Factory was elected, which is after being selected as the first batch of 20 smart factories in Shanghai in 2020 and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2021 After being selected as the pilot demonstration factory of intelligent production by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the intelligent production level of the new Shida Robot Super Factory has been recognized again.
Since the new Shida Robot Super Factory was officially put into operation in 2020, after more than 2 years of operation, it has gradually shown the effectiveness of intelligent production.
The high level of automation of the project has improved product quality and handover ability. The project uses robots, AGVs, three-dimensional warehouses, sorting systems and other automation systems to replace the whole process of manual participation in robot production. In terms of process planning, the production preparation man-hours are reduced by 30 minutes/time, and models with different structures can be produced on the same line, with rapid switching, and the production power is improved by 20%; In terms of program scheduling, the number of logistics personnel has been reduced from 6 to 3, the number of program personnel has been reduced from 2 to 1, and the corresponding operators have been reduced by 50%; In terms of production operations, the number of operators has been reduced from 6 to 2, the output power has been increased by 50%, and the product first-pass rate has been improved by 20%.
The high-level digitalization and intelligence of the project provide a guarantee for automated production and improve the cost control ability. Using EMES (production management system), WMS (warehousing management system), SRM (supplier management system), CRM (sales management system) and other software systems to collaborate, open up the supply chain, production and shopping mall sales and other links, build the intelligent production system of Xinshida Robot Super Factory, so that the information flow and logistics between customers, factories and suppliers have been fully penetrated, and robot production is empowered with high-level automation, intelligence and digital skills.
The project has completed the "Intelligent Production Talent Maturity Evaluation Report" according to the national standard, and the maturity level is level 4. The maturity model of intelligent production ability is divided into five maturity levels from low to high, comprehensively evaluating the digital, networked, and intelligent development level of enterprises. Level 1 is process management (planning level), level 2 is digital transformation (standard level), level 3 is network integration (integration level), level 4 is intelligent production (optimization level), and level 5 is industrial chain innovation (leading level).
Shanghai Benchmarking Smart Factory is a detailed action of Shanghai's comprehensive implementation of the smart factory pilot plan in Shanghai, which will promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy through the introduction of various districts, expert preliminary evaluation, on-site evaluation, debate review and list publicity.
