"Robots make robots", this scene is now in the Shanghai Xinshida Robot Factory in Nanxiang Town, Jiading District. This local enterprise in Shanghai, which has been established for more than 20 years, is one of the companies with the highest density of self-owned brand robots in Shanghai. Now, all four of its factories are building digital factories.
Robots are known as "the pearl at the top of the crown of the manufacturing industry", and are an important symbol to measure the level of scientific and technological innovation and high-end manufacturing industry in a country. There is such a set of data, 1/3 of the global robot output value in China, 1/3 of China's robot output value in Shanghai, the robot industry has become a novice thorn in the "Shanghai production".
Smart factories are the main fronts for the digital transformation of Shanghai's manufacturing industry, involving integrated applications such as intelligent equipment and intelligent robots. Shanghai is promoting the construction of smart factories at different levels and categories, and accelerating the layout of new tracks of the digital economy.
Shanghai's first robot manufacturing robot smart factory
"Now in the entire Xinshida Group, the robot density has now reached 1080 units/10,000 workers, far exceeding the level of 246 units/10,000 workers in China, comparable to the country with the highest robot density in the world." Zhang Zhenkui, director of the President Office of Shanghai Xinshida, introduced.
The density of industrial robots represents the degree of automation production in a country or region, which is an important reference in the digital transformation of the economy.
According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Shanghai's high-end equipment industry, by 2025, the high-end equipment industry plan will break 650 billion yuan, and the key subdivisions will shift from following and running in the world to leading. In the field of intelligent robots, Shanghai should make efforts in three aspects: promoting the upgrading of industrial robots, expanding the planning of service (special) robots, and breaking the central parts of robots. This year is the final year of the "Special Action Plan for Building 100+ Smart Factories (2020-2022)", which plans to build 100 smart factories and 10 benchmark smart factories in three years.
"Now, the new Shida Robot Super Factory has a 20,000-square-meter workshop, but only 9 workers are required to watch the line and carry out some of the operations that require manual intervention, while parts assembly, material transportation, fine welding, sample testing and other processes are completed by robots." Zhang Zhenkui introduced.
The factory was officially put into operation in December 2020, and was the first to complete the robot production robot in Shanghai, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 industrial robots, and was successively selected as the first batch of 20 smart factories in Shanghai and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's intelligent production pilot demonstration factory. After the batch use of robots, the number of workers has been reduced by 80%, and the one-time pass rate of product testing has increased by 15%. With the empowerment of efficient and flexible automation skills, the planned production capacity of 10,000 units/year has been completed, and the output power per unit area has increased by more than 30% compared with the previous manual operation.
The construction of the smart factory will bring new impetus to the continuous high-quality increase of Shanghai's industry.
