(2) Grease should be applied to the rotating shaft and frame part of the Z-axis part of the body to lubricate and prevent rusting.

Please be aware that if you touch the rotating shaft and frame with your bare hands, or if you wipe the grease, the rust protection effect will be lost.

[1] Installation of the robot body

The basic operating standards are shown below. Using this operating standard as a reference, the robot body is installed. The premise of this explanation is that the robot mounting base has been prepared and the screw holes for fixing the robot have been opened on the mounting base.

Note: When installing, be sure to ensure that the serial number on the robot body and the controller is consistent.

(1) Two or more people are required to operate.

(2) Operators must wear safety helmets, safety boots, protective glasses and gloves

Step 1 Check if the package is in good condition, open the box, and confirm whether the robot is in good condition.

Step 2 Press the 2nd axis to the end of the machine to form a safe handling position, remove the set screws, and remove the robot body from the wooden case bracket.

Note: When removing the set screws, hold on to the 1st axis arm to prevent the robot from tipping over.

Step 3

Move the robot to the A panel of the robot mounting bench and temporarily fix each mounting hole with 4 screws.

Step 4

Fix the robot with 4 screws and flat washers that fix the body, and fix the screws that fix the body: Fix with M8× 25mm (strength difference 12.9).

Step 5

Screw tightening torque: 38±5N·m

[2] Grounding of the robot body

The grounding terminal of the robot body should be grounded with wiring of 5.5mm2 or more.

Note: Use a dedicated product for the grounding wire and grounding electrode. Do not share it with other power, power, or welding machines.
