The outbreak of the new crown epidemic last year brought great inconvenience to the production economy in various places. The operation of commissioning three belt high-pressure inverters in the main shaft of a coal mine in Ordos, which was originally scheduled to be carried out on February 15, has also been affected, and if it cannot be put into operation in time, it will affect the heating demand in some northern areas. Combined with the understanding of the actual situation on site and the consideration of the ease of use of the new Shida products, we decided to choose a backup plan - long-distance commissioning.

Upgraded and renovated: The drive power has been improved from 3×710kW to 3×1000kW

The direction of this promotion and transformation: expand production capacity, expand the motor and inverter system, and the belt transportation capacity after promotion is expected to reach 2000t/h

On-site manipulation plan acknowledged

(1) The situation of the original system. With the progress of production capacity, the original system can no longer meet the needs of production and transportation, the original system uses a separate control plan, and the three inverters are separated from the given operation signal, and the operating frequency is manually adjusted to complete the torque balance.

(2) Renovation policy. The new Shida inverter adopts the master-slave control droop function, the software actively calculates the output torque, the active power balance, and the slave output voltage, current and the host are common. Truly complete the active load balancing of the inverter

Tutoring on-site wiring

(1) Internal wiring of the inverter. It is mainly the internal communication line connection line of the inverter, and after long-distance counseling, the communication system of debugging needs has been quickly completed.

(2) External control line connection. The control signal required by the user is extracted from the drawing, and the corresponding wire number and terminal number corresponding to the wiring position are listed according to the signal type.

No-load test run

(1) Check the wiring on the high voltage side. Before the trial operation, the WeChat video guides the user to recognize and view the wiring position of the inlet and outlet lines of the inverter.

(2) Check the parameter settings of the inverter. Most of the parameters of the inverter have been solidified, and the parameters of the master-slave control have also been solidified to the multi-machine drive module, which is relatively smooth to view.

(3) Recognition of manipulative logic

Operation method: after the console gives the host a start-stop command, the host executes the start-stop together, and the host controls the slave 1 and slave 2 to start and stop through internal communication.

Fault handling method: 1 inverter in 3 inverters arbitrarily reported a fault and stopped, and 3 inverters were identified through internal communication and stopped and closed together.

Emergency stop treatment method: 1 inverter in the 3 inverters manually stops, and the 3 inverters do emergency stop discrimination through internal communication, and stop and close together.

(4) Problems encountered in no-load test operation and solutions

Host fault: The host sends the first high-voltage telegram to all power units to the uplink optical fiber, check and find that the uplink and downlink communication is reversed when the optical fiber is plugged in on the main control side, and solve the problem after correction.

Slave 1 fault: when the master and slave control linkage, slave 1 reports the unit closure fault, checks the internal communication cable of the inverter, replaces it with a shielded wire, and solves the problem after adding a grounding method.

Test run with load

After the user console directly sends the start command to the host, three inverters drive the main shaft conveyor to slowly transport the coal produced underground to the unloading area smoothly, and the load test operation is successful.

Officially put into operation

Coal is classified as a basic guarantee material to ensure people's livelihood, and the coal mine resumed production in a timely manner in response to the call of the country during the difficult period of the epidemic, and the inverter was officially put into operation.
