Xinshida made the first domestic robot intelligent production line for Haier
Qingdao Jiaozhou Factory in Haier Industrial Park, an intelligent production line composed of 32 Xinshida robots, serves as the stamping and welding of the base of the air conditioner outdoor unit, adheres to high-strength and high-stability operation, realizes the compatibility of 17 kinds of products, the product switching is simple and fast, the labor is reduced by 60%, and the general worker replaces the welder, and the risk of work-related injuries is significantly reduced. This is the first domestic robot production line adopted by Haier, and it is a turnkey project provided by the high-quality robot brand - Xinshida.
Talking about this project, the person in charge of its skills introduced: Qingdao Haier air conditioning external machining production line, due to the impact of old equipment, is in urgent need of a comprehensive upgrade of production equipment; Together with Haier's global strategy of moving from a traditional factory to a digital factory for air conditioning, Haier has further promoted the intelligent modification of the entire line. In the process of supplier selection, through the contact and investigation with Xinshida, the technical strength of Xinshida was recognized, and after repeated plan exchanges and skill verification, the stamping line and resistance welding line of Haier's air conditioner outdoor base were successfully implemented, and the production equipment was fully intelligently upgraded, which greatly improved product quality and reduced labor intensity.

The stamping processing of air conditioning plate comprises a plurality of processes, which is realized by an independent plurality of plate punches before, and the stamping of the previous process is finished, and the operator takes off and puts the plate into the next process punch for processing, and the operation is cumbersome, and the labor intensity is large, and the processing power is low. This time, a total of 17 new Shida robots have been invested in the automatic stamping line of Haier's air conditioner exterior base, and the automation power of the whole line is increased by 50% compared with the original manual line, and a finished product can now be completed in 10 seconds.
Automatic resistance welding wire for the base of the air conditioner outdoor unit
A total of 13 new Shida robots and 2 SCARA robots have been invested in the resistance welding wire of the base of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the flexible welding line after the promotion can adapt to a variety of switching, which can be compatible with a variety of products, and the consistency of welding products has been greatly improved, with an average of 12 seconds to produce a finished product. According to Haier's on-site manager, in the resistance welding line, according to the single person accounting, the maximum per capita for manual welding is 750 pieces/day, and the average per capita for automated production lines is 1,000 pieces/day, and the power is significantly improved. In the process of manual welding, the situation of missing welding and virtual welding due to manual operation errors is solved, and the product quality is improved.
