The latest multi-functional embedded visual dispensing control system VD8849 launched by Xinshida can realize a series of operations such as programming, visual debugging, diagnosis and operation log recording on the PC side without a handheld teaching pendant.
VD8849 in terms of hardware, compared with the previous generation of products, has been enhanced, composed of AVS2610 vision system + motion controller based on OMC system, the equipment is connected through network communication, the AVS2610 industrial computer is used for visual inspection, and the offline motion control card completes the operation of motion control and IO port, which ensures the high precision of dispensing as a whole.
The machining interface is used to correct machining files, correct machining parameters, and select machining programs. The parameter settings of the controller include system parameters, file parameters, file management and other functions in the processing and operation interface.
System setting: As the parameters used in the system, it is the same for any document, such as the parameters corresponding to the mechanical structure (motor characteristics, etc.), or some basic equipment of the system (port equipment) and other parameters that are not related to the processed product.
File parameters: For different processed products, the processing speed (trajectory speed) may be different, the processing times are different, and the glue switching time is different, resulting in different processing products need to set different parameters. Classify this category of parameters as file parameters. Therefore, the location of the parameter can be found according to the characteristics of the parameter.
