The industrial robot loading and unloading station is composed of loading and unloading robots, CNC machine tools, PLC control cabinets, conveyor lines, etc.

(1) Loading and unloading industrial robots

Loading and unloading industrial robots include: industrial robots, control cabinets, teaching devices and end actuators. Industrial robots and end actuators are generally selected based on the layout of products and equipment in automated production lines. For example, the workpiece processed by the CNC machine tool is a cylinder with a component of ≤ 1Kg and a distance of ≤ 1300 equipment. The robot used adopts a pneumatic mechanical two-finger single-joint hand claw to clamp the workpiece at the end of the actuator, and the solenoid valve that controls the action of the hand claw is installed on the robot body.

(2) CNC machine tools

The task of the CNC machine tool is to process the workpiece, and the loading and unloading of the workpiece is completed by the industrial robot.

(3) PLC control system

The PLC control cabinet is used to install circuit breakers, PLCs, switching power supplies, intermediate relays, transformers and other components. Through the manipulator, the start and stop of the loading and unloading robot and the operation of the conveyor line are controlled.

(4) Loading and unloading conveyor line

The function of the loading and unloading conveyor line is to transport the pallet carrying the workpiece to be processed to the loading station, the robot will transport the workpiece to the CNC machine tool for processing, and then the processed workpiece will be transported to the pallet, and the conveyor line will transport the processed workpiece to the installation workstation for installation. The upper and lower feed lines are shown in the diagram.

The loading and unloading conveyor line is composed of three conveyor lines: workpiece loading and unloading conveyor line 1, workpiece loading and unloading conveyor line 2, and workpiece loading and unloading conveyor line 3.

a) The workpiece loading and unloading line of the No. 1 workpiece loading and unloading line. It is composed of DC geared motor, transmission mechanism, conveyor roller, pallet detection photoelectric sensor, etc.

b) No. 2 workpiece loading and unloading line, workpiece loading and unloading line. It is composed of servo motor, servo drive, transmission mechanism, flat belt, tray detection photoelectric sensor, obstruction electromagnet, etc.

c) No. 3 workpiece loading and unloading line workpiece loading and unloading line 3. It is composed of transmission mechanism, flat belt, etc. The workpiece feed line 3 is connected to the workpiece feed line 2 after passing through the pulley and driven by the same servo motor.
