Casper Intelligent Power System (CSP) is moving towards digital transformation, compared with the traditional hydromechanical solutions, our CSP system due to the use of electronic control, the sensitivity and maneuverability of the whole machine have been greatly improved, at the hardware level, our pump integrates MVP piston pump, angle sensor, and electronic controller, and the software level can realize real-time optimization of pump parameters and control logic of the whole machine, so that the whole machine has been maintained in the highest performance state. For the Chinese market, the localization strategy is an important deployment for us to consolidate our business in the Chinese market. Thanks to continuous investment in China in recent years, it provides advanced manufacturing capabilities for local production and improves the speed of response to customer needs. The localized application technology team assists OEMs in product design and development, system installation guidance, and prototype start-up and debugging and testing support throughout the process. It brings a better service experience to customers.

The localized KM30-CSK motor is an integrated cast iron gear motor designed for medium and high power fan drives. The motor can be integrated with anti-cavitation valves, relief valves, electric proportional relief valves, solenoid directional valves, speed sensors, etc., and the integration of a variety of built-in valves can simplify the system design and save material costs, labor costs and maintenance costs. The optimised overall dimensions, integrated front bearings, and cartridge design mounting flanges make the motor more compact and space-saving, ensuring maximum flexibility in the "compact" version.

Casper Group's new logistics center opens in Limiano, next to its headquarters in Italy. The new logistics center will be completed in the second half of 2024. This is the largest investment in the history of Casper Group.

Casper Shanghai is fully committed to promoting the new version of the intelligent power system CSP technology to the Chinese market, integrating the MVPE of the electronically controlled pump. Compared to traditional solutions that separate the electronic controller from the pump body, the system is more integrated, improving efficiency and optimizing costs.

Casper's integrated fan motor CSK new product produced at its Shanghai factory adopts a personalized customization and collaborative development model to respond to new application scenarios. It is increasingly favored by local customers, and its market share in China continues to increase.

In 2023, Casper Shanghai will continue to actively invest in expansion to improve the production and supply capacity and logistics operation capacity of the Shanghai branch. In the future, Casper Shanghai aims to not only cover the Chinese market, but also become a production and logistics center for the entire Asian region.
