Casper Technical Laboratory
Since the local operation of Casper's Shanghai plant in September 2021, the technical laboratory of Casper Shanghai has achieved substantial results in promoting the implementation of new projects for customers. This year, with the significant increase in demand for new projects, the production of laboratory prototypes is in full swing, and both the quality and quantity of prototype products have been rapidly improved.
Fan System Project
As the core team for the successful development of new projects, our application team is going all out to create products that meet the requirements of new models for customers, among which the fan system project is a well-known product of Casper's energy-saving series, and it is a key project under the general trend of "China IV" emission standards.
In accordance with the requirements of the latest emission standards, we provide our customers with fan systems that can provide the corresponding cooling power on demand, so as to effectively reduce emissions. Equipped with KM30-CSK gear motor, suitable for large excavators. Compared with traditional solutions, it has a higher degree of integration and a more compact structure. With the successful progress of the project, the performance of the product has been highly recognized by the customer.
MVPR main pump project
In the research and development project of the customer's new model, the main pump under high pressure and heavy load conditions has also won a good reputation, we have provided the customer's rotary drilling, horizontal directional drilling, rock drilling machinery with the MVPR60 upgraded main pump, this high-performance variable piston pump compared with the existing MVP series piston pump, it can reach continuous working pressure of 350 bar, maximum peak pressure up to 400 bar.
As the main pump, it not only has the basic advantages of high power density, high speed and small overall size, but also can ensure a long service life under high-pressure and heavy-duty conditions. The product has been successfully assembled on the customer's new model and has also performed well in practical work.
Prototypes for all new projects are thoroughly tested on the test bench before delivery to ensure that all parameters meet the customer's requirements. After the prototype is delivered to the customer for installation, the application engineer participates in the confirmatory testing of the complete machine together with the customer to ensure that the hydraulic components are perfectly matched to the complete machine.
Now, the results of the new project confirm that the opening of the local technology lab is the right way to open "close to local customers". Shorter prototype lead times and more flexible customer service provide strong support for our customers to bring new models to market. In the future, we hope to continue to create more high-quality innovative products and more efficient solutions for Chinese customers, which is also the original intention of Casper Shanghai Technology Lab localization.
