There are many novices who are not familiar with the false load about the maintenance inverter, and the maintenance inverter uses the false load to keep many of their modules, because the maintenance novice generally does not know how to do this, and now the electric light is on to clarify that the module is going to be broken. The false load is to use a resistor of several hundred ohms (the bulb can also be used), string it on the main circuit, if there is a fast melting, remove it, and install the resistor; If there is no fast melting, it can be disconnected anywhere on the main return, and the resistor can be strung on it! This resistor plays a current limiting effect, when the module has a short circuit, the module will not be burned off, and the output of the inverter will be normal after starting, and then the false load will be removed!
However, there are also several problems to be paid attention to in the connection of false loads:
1. It should be connected between the capacitor and the module, not between the rectifier and the capacitor, because the capacitor discharge is enough to burn out the module.
2. When the switching power supply is fast-melting, you can't put the false load on the fast-melting, otherwise the bulb will be on after the power is sent, and the switching power supply sometimes doesn't work!
3. The false load should also be connected behind the DC voltage detection point, so that when the output of the inverter is not normal, the inverter will not jump "low voltage", and you can check which output is faulty!
The inverter has a common feature, that is, if the switching power supply of the inverter is not directly supplied from the filter capacitor of the main circuit, but from the input end is separated from the main circuit and supplied independently, if the power supply is 380V, then the best transformer is 220V (rectification) and then supply the switching power supply, although the inverter will be complicated, but its fault rate will be greatly reduced! Because a large part of the inverter is related to the switching power supply! When the DC voltage of the main circuit of the inverter is unstable for many hours when the inverter is running, if the switching power supply is supplied from the filter capacitor of the main circuit, the switching power supply is simply bad!
