The inverter generally acquiesces to the motor overload maintenance based on the motor power. Generally, it is 1.2 times 60 seconds to report the overload problem. The overload factor is not the same for different frequency converters.
1. Maintenance action and motor type settingWhen an inverter only controls one motor, the overload maintenance action should be set, and the type of motor should be selected, whether it is a general motor or a special motor for frequency conversion. If one inverter controls multiple motors, overload maintenance should be set to be invalid, and maintenance measures should be taken according to the capacity of each motor.

Overload maintenance delay time: the time when the overload current reaches the maintenance fixed value, and the maintenance will be carried out if it is exceeded; If the current value returns to the normal value within the delay time, the maintenance will be withdrawn; When the overload current exceeds the maintenance fixed value, the maintenance is carried out according to the inverse time limit.
