Single-phase current transmitter is a kind of electric power test substation developed for the power measurement of single-phase communication in motor experiments on the basis of motor experiment and testing technology research, in accordance with IEC and relevant national specifications for motor experiments. The advanced filtering technology and reasonable software algorithm are used to solve the problem of low measurement accuracy and unstable measurement data of general appearance. The single-phase current power transmitter has low power consumption, high precision, light weight, and selects personalized planning, digitizes the front-end of measurement, and the output signal is digital, and the serial optical fiber bus method is used for transmission, and is assembled and handled by the distributed measurement and control master station, which has excellent voltage barrier ability and electromagnetic compatibility, and strong anti-interference. It is suitable for front-end power collection of distributed measurement and control test system.

Single-phase current transducers are characterized by:

1. High accuracy (typical: 0.2% zui is good and 0.05%);

2. The whole range has extremely high linearity;

3. High degree of integration, simple structure, excellent temperature characteristics and long-term operation stability, so that the transmitter is exempt from timing calibration.

The single-phase current transmitter converts the measured signal into a voltage, which is directly converted into a voltage that has an excellent linear relationship with the measured signal and is completely blocked by the HCNR200/201 linear optocoupler, and then passes through the constant voltage (flow) to the output. It has the advantages of very simple principle, concise line planning, high reliability, and convenient installation.

The single-phase current transmitter can directly convert the communication current in the main circuit of the test into a linear share output of DC 4-20mA (converted into DC 1-5V through 250Ω resistance or DC 2-10V through 500Ω resistance) constant current loop specification signal, which is continuously transmitted to the receiving device (computer or display appearance).

The primary and secondary sides of the single-phase current transmitter are highly insulated, and there are two-wire and three-wire output wiring methods. The three-wire transmitter has a positive end, a negative end and a signal output end of +24V auxiliary operation power supply;

The single-phase current transmitter has the characteristics of high precision, small size, low power consumption, wide frequency response, and anti-interference. The two-wire port has strong anti-induction lightning ability, and has the advantages of lightning wave and surge protection ability. It is especially suitable for intelligent monitoring systems for load currents such as generators, motors, intelligent low-voltage distribution cabinets, air conditioners, fans, street lights, etc.

The single-phase current converter has ultra-low power consumption, 0.096W when a single one is quiescent, 0.48W at full scale, and 0.6W with internally constrained output current.
