The high-rigidity wrist joints of the heavy-duty desktop series robot are specially designed for grinding scenarios with strong impact resistance and overload resistance, and with the soft floating function specially developed for grinding occupations, it ensures that the robot will not present overcurrent during the grinding process, and together ensure that the track is smooth, the grinding speed is uniform, and the grinding consistency reaches more than 95%.
The machine tool processing loading and unloading space is narrow, requiring the workpiece to be accurately placed into the fixture positioning pin hole, and the processing site is full of oil, water vapor and metal shavings, which has strict requirements for the sensitivity, accuracy and protection of the robot. The sensitive equipment and slender body of the heavy-duty desktop series robot are specially designed for narrow operation space planning, with a repeatable positioning accuracy of up to 0.02mm to ensure accurate workpiece placement, and the fully sealed body can cope with harsh oil and sewage mist, which is the best choice for small parts processing scenarios such as car parts.
In addition, compared with the desktop series robots previously launched by EFORT, the heavy-duty desktop series robots are equipped with EFORT's new generation of S-type control cabinet as standard, plug-and-play interactive planning, and more abundant interfaces to meet the various communication function needs of customers.
