The ECR5 cobot adopts modular planning, lightweight planning and DFX planning, and highly integrated joint modules, which makes joint replacement easy and fast, and supports users to reorganize joint configurations and new structures.
In terms of ontology safety planning, the robot is lightweight, rounded and has no acute angle planning, so that the details are safe; In terms of drive safety planning, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, temperature maintenance, joint orientation maintenance, joint velocity maintenance and joint torque maintenance can be realized. In terms of control safety planning, it has the functions of safety plane, east-west constraint, speed constraint, azimuth constraint, momentum constraint, power constraint and safety zeroing. In terms of electrical system safety planning, it has operation forms such as emergency stop maintenance and protective stop. By perfecting multi-level safety planning, the ECR5 cobot can ensure the safety of man and machine.
In terms of communication, according to the IO and servo control protocols of DS301, 401 and 402, the ECR5 cobot communicates reliably. The universal end interface and three-color ring light strip are selected to display the robot status in real time; The end button can be separated from the teach pendant; The end communication interface supports third-party things, which is convenient and useful to operate.
