The robot is designed for safety functions in accordance with the safety requirements for robots used in industrial environments (GB 11291.1-2011/ISO10218-1:2006).
Precautions for safe work in the installation and connection of EFORT robots

1. When transporting the robot, avoid exceeding the specified height.

2. If you need to lift the robot, you need to hook the ring with a wire rope and confirm that the ring is not loose before operation.

3. When using a wire rope to lift the control cabinet, remove the teach pendant and its bracket to avoid cables, etc. from hooking other equipment.

4. Before transporting the robot, remove all unwanted objects and clean the passage to the installation location.

5. If handled by forklift, the control cabinet may tilt. To prevent the control cabinet from tilting, use the straps to firmly attach the control cabinet to the forklift.

6. Since the robot is composed of delicate components, please protect the robot from collision and impact.

7. When the main power supply of the installation site is turned on, the power cable of the control cabinet must not be connected. Failure to do so is extremely dangerous and can lead to electric shock. When connecting the input power cable, be sure that the mains power supply is off. At the same time, in order to prevent the input power supply or circuit breaker from being closed by mistake, please place a clear shutdown sign on all power supply units and circuit breakers to indicate that inspection/maintenance and repair are in progress, and lock or place a chuck to clamp the main power switch.

8. When the wiring is finished, be sure to cover the cover plate at the input power connection. Failure to do so is extremely dangerous and can lead to an electric shock accident if the terminal is accidentally touched.

9. Place the power/signal cable connected to the robot in the cable tray to prevent damage. Also, take steps to avoid pressure on them.
