The screen calibration function is used in the following scenarios:
1) After the teach-in firmware upgrade is completed and restarted, the screen needs to be calibrated.
2) Perform accurate calibration, but the calibration function appears to fail, and another round of screen calibration is required.
3) If there is a deviation or misalignment when clicking on the teach pendant interface, or there is a significant error in calibration, you need to manually enter the screen calibration function for calibration.
1. Enter the screen calibration interface.
If the teach pendant restarts after the firmware is upgraded, it will actively enter the screen calibration function interface.
If you need to manually enter the screen calibration interface, follow the following steps: first, reactivate the teaching device, wait for the teaching pendant interface to present a scroll bar, and the scroll bar progress (green part) is more than halfway, repeatedly press the leftmost "F1" button at the bottom of the teaching pendant to enter the screen calibration function interface.
2. Perform screen calibration.
After presenting the Screen Calibration interface, please use the touch pen that comes with the teaching pendant to click the center of the icon in the red circle in the left picture as much as possible, a total of five points need to be calibrated, and each point needs to be clicked once. Until the screen shows "Calibration OK!" Indicates that the screen calibration is complete.
3. The screen calibration is complete.
After the screen calibration is completed, the teach pendant actively restarts into the C30 software system. If the calibration fails or the calibration is not ambitious, the calibration is done from the beginning of the process.
Please note: If you actively enter the plane calibration interface after upgrading the firmware, you will also need to update the C30 software system of the teach pendant.
