The first step is the debugging of the zero position in the no-load state

Most of the servo valves on construction machinery are used in conjunction with the reversing valve to achieve the purpose of controlling the hydraulic system. The servo valve plug-in can be unplugged on the site to prevent the servo valve from being energized and make it in a no-load state. Then, the manual or electric reversing valve, if the cylinder moves, indicating that there is high-pressure oil flowing through the servo valve, and the four-sided throttle slide valve of the servo valve cannot seal the A and B chambers.

Debugging method: First remove the housing of the servo valve, or the plastic cover. Then adjust the setting screw, that is, adjust the force of the spring, so that the feedback rod is in the middle position, so that the action of the cylinder tends to be stationary.

The second step is zero debugging under load

Turn on the high-pressure oil, and plug in the servo valve electrical plug-in, through the reversing valve after reversing, observe the action of the oil cylinder, if there is action, indicating that the armature baffle can not be balanced in a certain position, the feedback rod bends and deforms. The A and B cavities are not closed tightly, and the control current in the coil and the control torque to the armature cannot be balanced with the deformation torque generated by the spring deformation torque.

Debugging method: If it is inconvenient to debug the control current of the input servo valve on site, so that the current size tends to zero, you can first swap the two spring tubes with each other after opening the cover, and you can also debug the coil but it is not easy to assemble. If the fault is still not eliminated, the spring on the tensioned side can be slightly compressed. Two adjacent turns of the bundled spring can be used to increase the force of the spring.

The third step, the on-site debugging of the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the Rexroth servo valveAfter the zero position is adjusted in the above two steps, it can be judged by observing the speed of the action amplitude and the start and stop speed of the cylinder.

Debugging method: pre-set a length, test the time required for the piston rod stroke of the cylinder to reach this length. Calculate the difference in time required by comparing the stroke of the cylinder controlled by other servo valves. Judgment of start-stop speed: The hysteresis time between the opening of the control current and the start of action of the cylinder can be used as the basis for the start-stop sensitivity. Generally for construction machinery, if the hysteresis time of both sides or the upper and lower cylinders is the same or the difference is small, it is not necessary to debug the control current. The current of the servo valve is mostly output by the circuit board or integrated circuit, so the purpose of regulating the control current can only be achieved by adjusting the potentiometer on the circuit board and the integrated circuit.
