In addition to getting used to mechanical shock, pressure, and tensile strain, sensor cables are often exposed to chemical environments. While traditional sensor cable planning is often not sufficient to meet these requirements, the new cable maintenance system has been developed with this in mind, guaranteeing robust maintenance in high-temperature environments or in applications that touch moving parts. As a complete solution from a single source, in addition to cable maintenance, we also supply the right sensors and junction boxes.
The sensor adapter provides a secure connection between the cylindrical sensor and the flexible tubing (hose) and can be easily screwed onto the cylindrical sensor. With a choice of M8, M12, M14, M18 and M30 sizes, we offer adapters for each of the standard cylindrical sensors in our product range.
As a critical component of the cable maintenance system, a flexible conduit (hose) seals the cable from the sensor to the junction box. Depending on your application, you can choose corrosion-resistant metal versions or IP67 coating versions to protect the cables from oil, grease and other substances.
Cable glands are used to connect the flexible conduit to the junction box, and are available in three thread sizes: M12, M16 and M30. The internal seal prevents liquids and dust from entering the inside of the junction box.
Versatile
The new cable maintenance system is primarily used in mechanical engineering as well as in the chemical and petrochemical industries. It is often part of a good solution, such as one developed in collaboration with a valve manufacturer to detect the four separate orientations of a control valve.
Choose from two or four inductive cylindrical sensors, as well as a new cable maintenance system and junction box, which includes all the matching cables. Even under the harshest conditions, this ambitious solution is suitable for all universal valves and provides reliable valve handling.
Advantages of a modern cable maintenance system
The matching product range for all standard sensors – threaded adapters for sensor units, conduits and cable seals
The perfect solution from a single source: cable maintenance with the right sensors and junction boxes
Robust solutions with high-quality materials that are protected from mechanical and chemical influences
Reliable IP67 sealing for maintenance of junction boxes
Versatility – even in applications with extreme temperature environments and touching moving parts

The choice of torque transducer – we are blessed
1. Selection of reliability
The potential of a sensor to persist in its properties over a period of time is called reliability. In addition to its own structure, the key factor affecting the long-term reliability of the controller is the use of harsh environments.

What are the designs of torque sensors – we are blessed
Unlike load cells or force transducers, the measuring body of a torque transducer is not subjected to a tension load during operation, but is affected by the lever torque or torque, which can be changed. Therefore, torque sensors require special strain gauges to measure this type of load, i.e. torque. Canon...

A little bit about photoelectric sensors – a blessing
Under normal circumstances, a photoelectric sensor consists of two parts: a processing path and a processing element. Its basic principle is to use the photoelectric effect to convert the measured change into a change in the optical signal, and then use the optoelectronic components to further convert the non-electrical signal into an electrical signal. The "photoelectric effect" refers to the use of light ...
