In this regard, Dr. Xiao Song put forward four propositions:

Third, increase the level of opening up to the outside world and promote industrial chain cooperation.
Fourth, we need to build a collaborative ecosystem to jointly promote the digital transformation of the local real economy.
Siemens' world's first native digital factory is a model of local innovation and "two-wheel drive". The new plant, which was officially opened in Nanjing in June this year, is Siemens' largest development and manufacturing center outside Germany for sports handling. With the help of a number of digital and low-carbon technologies, the new plant has nearly tripled its production capacity, increased production efficiency by 20%, and reduced carbon emissions by more than 3,300 tons per year.
