Introduction: Xinshida/STEP high-voltage solid-state soft starter AHS80, the working principle of the soft start device is to control the output voltage by controlling the trigger angle of the thyristor, so as to meet the different current and voltage requirements in the process of motor starting. In the process of motor starting, according to the preset starting curve, the terminal voltage of the motor is increased to make the motor accelerate smoothly, thereby reducing the electrical and mechanical impact on the power grid, the motor itself and the motor load when the motor starts. When the motor reaches the normal speed, the bypass short circuit is turned on, and the motor is started. After that, the soft-start unit continues to provide basic operational protection for the motor.
