(4) The PLC should be installed on a flat surface or frame to avoid the deformation of the substrate, so that the circuit board components accept stress and cause the virtual welding bow to work abnormally.
(5) Pay attention to the sufficient distance between each substrate to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation. In general, the distance between the two racks is not less than 80mm.
(6) The PLC device should be kept away from strong electromagnetic fields, such as large motors, electric welding machines, electric hoes, voltage hoes, rectifiers, transformers, high-power contactors, electromagnets and other equipment.
(7) In the case where the PLC is susceptible to strong electromagnetic field, static electricity or other disturbances, anti-disturbance measures such as shielding should be taken.
(8) If the external ambient temperature of the PLC is higher than the regular value or the PLC is installed in the box, the cooling fan must be installed in the cabinet.
(9)) Wires (cables) should be selected and connected in accordance with the requirements of the rules, and arbitrary changes are not allowed.
