Introduction of XC series of Xinjie PLC products

The XC series includes XC1 (Economy), XC2 (Basic), XC3 (Standard), XC5 (Enhanced), XCM (Sport), XCC (High Performance) and their corresponding expansion modules. XC series PLC can be selected according to customer requirements, 14-60 points of body I/O points, PNP/NPN type input, relay/transistor/relay transistor mixed output, AC/DC power supply.

XC1 Series Economy (Control Points: 10/16/24/32)

The small point control system is suitable for general applications, and the function is relatively simple, and it can be used for logical control, data operation and other general functions.

XC2 Series Basic (Control Points: 10/16/24/32/42/48/60)

It has the functions of general data processing, high-speed counting, high-speed pulse output, communication, etc., faster processing speed, equivalent to 2 times that of XC3 series, some registers are slightly less, which can meet most needs, and cannot be expanded to the module, but can be connected to the BD board to complete temperature and other controls (14/16/42 points outside).

XC3 Series Standard (Control Points: 14/24/32/42/48/60)

In addition to the general data processing function, the standard model in the XC series also has the functions of high-speed counting, high-speed pulse output, communication, PWM pulse width modulation, frequency star measurement, precise timing, abort, etc., and supports the connection between the expansion module and the BD board (14 points do not support any expansion and 42 points do not support the BD board), which can meet various application requirements.

XC5 Series Enhanced (Control Points: 24/32)

In addition to all the functions of XC3, it also supports 4-axis pulse output, expansion module and BD board connection and other functions, and the internal resource space is also larger.

XCM Series Sport (Handling Points: 60)

It can complete 10-axis pulse output, which supports most of the functions of the general PLC, such as high-speed counting, abort, PID control, etc., and does not support the expansion module, but supports the connection of the BD board.

XCC Series High Performance (Control Points: 24/32)

Faster instruction processing speed, up to 5 pulse output, 5 AB phase high-speed counting, support the fundamental motion control instructions, can complete two-axis linkage, interpolation, follow-up, coordinate conversion and other functions, but also support most of the functions of the general PLC, including high-speed pulse, high-speed counting, abort, PID control, etc., support the connection between the expansion module and the BD board.
