3D trajectory gluing
Function Description:
The station is mainly composed of Elite EC66 collaborative robots, Elson 3D vision systems, glue guns and workbenches. The demonstration station demonstrates the gluing of the hood of the car, using the "golden template" method to position the product and guide the robot to complete the gluing track.
Action Description:
1. 3D vision system for flexible positioning of products;
2. Guide the EC66 cobot to apply gluing;
3. Repeat the above movements.
High torque tightening
Description of the app:
The Elite EC612 cobot is equipped with the Desoutter tightening system to complete the engine tightening process. The station simulates and demonstrates the tightening process of large torques such as engines and gearboxes, and the automation upgrade of the production line based on the rapid layout and safety characteristics of the Elite cobot can realize a flexible and low-cost automation solution.
Action Description:
1. EC612 moves to the tightening screw point;
2. Tighten the gun action, tighten the screws;
3. Tighten the gun and reverse, loosen the screws (for the cycle demonstration operation);
4. Repeat the above movements.
Machine loading and unloading
Function Description:
The Elite EC66 collaborative robot is matched with the Backyard electric gripper to complete the efficient loading and unloading action. Simulate the action of the machine tool from the machine tool to the clinker tray and from the raw meal tray to the machine tool during the machining process, and the double jaw or linear motion module can be matched in the actual project. Based on the collision detection and flexible installation characteristics of Elite collaborative robots, it is easier to achieve efficient and flexible loading and unloading in small spaces.
Action Description:
1. EC66 grabs clinker from the three-jaw chuck of the machine tool (replaced by electric three-jaw) and places it on the clinker tray;
2. EC66 grabs the raw meal from the raw meal tray and places it on the three-jaw chuck of the machine tool;
3. The three-jaw chuck clamps the raw meal, and the EC66 is withdrawn to wait for processing;
4. Repeat steps 1-3 above.
Learn: The birth of a cobot
