Electronica 2021, held in Shanghai from March 17 to 19, will not only focus on precision electronic production equipment and manufacturing assembly services, but also showcase the core technologies of electronics manufacturing. In the industrial robot theme exhibition area, ELITE ROBOT focused on the typical application scenarios of collaborative robots in the 3C electronics industry to the audience. Compared with the differentiation of a single product and technology, the application of VisionNav robots is the key to determining the success or defeat.
Server motherboard assembly Function description: Elite EC66 collaborative robot is matched with Dahuan electric claw AG 95 to complete accurate transfer and assembly action. Simulates the transfer and assembly of memory modules and CPUs during the production process of the server, and realizes multiple grasping and installation actions through a set of multi-function fingers. Based on the high positioning accuracy and stable and reliable characteristics of Elite collaborative robots, it makes it easier to realize high-demand grasping assembly.
Action Description:
1. EC66 grabs the memory module from the fixture;
2. Move to the motherboard, place the memory module and press down to assemble it (repeat the assembly of 2 memory modules);
3. EC66 grabs the CPU from the fixture;
4. Move to the motherboard, place the CPU and close the cover.
5. Open the memory module buckle, grab the memory module and put it back into the fixture (repeat the completion of 2 memory modules and put them back);
6. Open the CPU gland, grab the CPU and put it back into the fixture.
7. Repeat the movements 1-6 above.
Visual inspection Function description: 2 sets of Elite EC63 collaborative robots are matched with Hikvision smart cameras and Huiling electric claws respectively to complete code scanning, gluing detection and workpiece transfer actions. Simulate the visual inspection process of parts and the transfer process of NG products during the production process, and demonstrate the function of Elite robot with two arms. Based on the characteristics of flexible installation and multiple communication modes of Elite collaborative robots, it realizes a highly flexible and fast visual inspection solution, and reduces the investment cost of multi-product production lines.
Action Description:
1. One EC63 is responsible for inspecting the parts in the tray with a smart camera;
2. After the test is completed, the EC63 exits the test area.
3. Another EC63 is responsible for transferring parts from the semi-finished product tray to the finished product tray;
4. Repeat the movements 1-3 above.
Composite robot - machine tool loading and unloading Function description: Elite composite robot integrates ECR612M-STD300 (STD AGV), equipped with Sensopart camera (2D to 2.5D) and 2 large claws to achieve precise mobile loading and unloading function, which greatly reduces the demand for manpower in the production plant. Based on the standard composite robot specifications, it can be equipped with different composite robot platforms and end tools to meet different customer needs and realize flexible automation layout in workshops and laboratories.
Action Description:
1. The composite robot moves to the vicinity of the workbench and is calibrated by the camera at the end of the robot;
2. EC612M collaborative robot grabs the product on the platform mounted by the composite robot and replaces the product on the workbench (machine tool loading and unloading process);
3. The composite robot carries the product to move in the field;
4. Repeat the above movements.
Transmission belt tracking gripping Function description: 2 sets of Elite EC63 collaborative robots are equipped with Huiling electric claw and Dahuan electric claw respectively, of which 1 EC63 completes the action of transferring the product (carton) in the fixture to the belt conveyor line, and the other EC63 completes the action of tracking and grabbing, and puts the product back into the fixture. Based on the high positioning accuracy and follow-up function of Elite collaborative robots, the investment cost of automation is reduced, and the production line upgrade becomes more flexible and efficient.
Action Description:
1. EC63-1# robot grabs the product (carton) from the fixture and places it on the belt conveyor line;
2. The product is guided, the sensor detects the product, and sends a signal;
3. EC63-2# robot follows the product and completes the grasping action;
4. EC63-2# robot puts the product back into the fixture;
5. When EC63-2# robot moves, EC63-1# robot performs the first step;
6. Repeat the above movements.
2020 can be called the first year of the explosion of the electronics industry. Under the influence of the new crown epidemic, the rise of the stay-at-home economy has strongly stimulated the demand for consumer electronics and cloud services, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for production and manufacturing - continuous adjustment to both ends of design and development and service consumption.
