1. The acceleration and deceleration time constants are at fault. Solution: Increase the acceleration and deceleration time constants to check whether it is normal.
2. The torque constraint value is abnormal. Solution: Increase the torque constraint value to investigate whether it returns to normal.
3. The drop in power supply voltage leads to a lack of torque, which makes the servo motor unable to start. Solution: One is to check whether the capacity of the power supply meets the requirements, and the other is to replace the servo motor with more power.
4. The environmental gain 1 {parameter NO.6} is too small. Solution: Adjust the environment gain 1{parameter NO.6} to the correct range.
5. The external force causes the servo motor shaft to rotate. Solution: One is to increase the torque constraint value when the torque constraint is reached, and the other is to reduce the load of the servo motor.
Notes:
1. When installing the control cabinet, do not let the cutting debris such as the drill bit enter the servo amplifier.
2. Do not allow oil, water, metal dust, etc. to enter the servo amplifier through the gap of the control cabinet or the cooling fan installed on its top.
3. When installing the control cabinet in a place with a lot of harmful gases or dust, please carry out forced ventilation (send clean air from the outside of the control cabinet to make the internal pressure higher than the external pressure) to prevent harmful gases and dust from entering the control cabinet.
4. When the servo motor itself is also used for moving, please be careful not to put pressure on the connecting part of the servo motor connector, and keep the slack margin between the cable (encoder, power supply, brake) and the connector connection part when fixing the cable. Please use the encoder cable of the option within the tortuous lifespan. Use the power supply and brake wiring cables within the tortuous lifespan.

The impact of Mitsubishi inverters on the quality of the power grid
In the case of impact loads such as electric welding machines, electric arc furnaces, rolling mills, etc., the voltage often flickers; In a workshop, when there are multiple Mitsubishi inverters and other capacitive rectifier loads working, the harmonics that occur are very serious pollution about the quality of the power grid, and there is also considerable damage to the equipment itself.
