Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI), a leader in digital construction, has acquired Brightly Software, a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of property and maintenance management solutions in the United States. The acquisition elevates SI to a leading position in the construction and infrastructure software market. It adds Brightly's sophisticated cloud-based capabilities in key areas (education, public infrastructure, healthcare, and manufacturing) to Siemens' digital and software expertise in buildings. Brightly's participation in the Siemens portfolio accelerates the establishment of SI's SaaS business, enabling the company to deliver outstanding functionality and sustainability to the infrastructure it builds.
