1. Causes of F7453
When using the EPOS function, an azimuth ring encoder will be set, and if the numerical feedback of the azimuth ring encoder presents a problem, it will report an F7453 problem, which represents an error in the processing of the azimuth practice value. When the F7453 is generated, it is generally related to the hardware of the encoder, such as loose wiring, or its own data is presented incorrectly, so the first thing is to deal with the hardware problems on the encoder side as much as possible. However, because the F7453 problem cannot be shielded, when the problem occurs, if the encoder hardware problem cannot be dealt with in time, then the equipment will report the problem as soon as it is running, for example, the lifting equipment will be parked in the place where the problem occurs and cannot be decentralized, which will lead to further maintenance difficulties. So, when the F7453 is generated, how to make the equipment run as soon as possible by correcting the parameters?
2. F7453 Treatment
2.1 Corrected the origin of the azimuth encoder
If there is an encoder in the speed ring and the azimuth ring when using the Epos function, then the current Azimuth Ring Encoder (Encoder2) is wrong, you can adjust the origin of the Azimuth Ring Encoder to the Speed Ring Encoder (Encoder1), so that as long as the Speed Ring Encoder can still operate normally, the F7453 problem can be prevented. When the Encoder 2 can be used normally, you can change it back again. The parameters are corrected as follows:
P10=25, enter the azimuth control debugging form
P2502=1, corrected azimuth ring encoder to Encoder1 (previously Encoder2)
After correcting the parameters, the MDI adjustment form or relative positioning form can be used to control the equipment to the maintenance point, and this process will not report F7453 problems. After waiting for the real azimuth ring encoder to be repaired, the parameters are corrected again:
P10=25, enter the azimuth control debugging form
P2502=2, the corrected azimuth ring encoder is Encoder2
In this way, the previous azimuth encoder is plugged into the azimuth ring from the beginning.
The advantage of this is that if Encoder2 is a positive encoder, the reference point of Encoder2 recorded before the inverter will not be lost, that is, when the azimuth ring encoder is adjusted from de novo to Encoder2, there is no need to calibrate the positive encoder from scratch. It should be noted here that if the mechanical orientation of the encoder is changed before and after maintenance, then the positive bearing code value recorded before the inverter will no longer correspond to the previous mechanical orientation, and it is still necessary to return to the reference point from the beginning.
2.2 Revoke the activation of the Epos function
If there is no encoder in the speed loop when using the Epos function, then the EPOS function can only be closed, the azimuth ring can be disabled, and then the operation panel or the control panel in the software can be used to manually run the equipment to the maintenance point. The parameters are corrected as follows:
P10=11, enter the function module
P108[0].3=0, closed azimuth control
P108[0].4=0,Closed fundamental positioning function
P10=0 for the above parameter settings to take effect
After that, the inverter will go through a period of restart process, when the Ready light turns solid green from the beginning, the restart is over, and then you can control the inverter to run at speed through the Hand form of the operation panel or the control panel in the software until the maintenance point.
Doing so will cause the parameters of the azimuth ring to be reset, i.e., debugging from scratch with the azimuth ring required from scratch.
