On July 12th, the first batch of 54 fresh graduates from various business divisions and graduated from first-class universities in China gathered at the Shanghai headquarters to usher in the grand opening of the "New Fresh Graduates Training Class" of Xinshida University, which also marked the official opening of the "New Star Sailing" program of Xinshida.

At the opening ceremony, the president of the company welcomed the arrival of the rebirth online and put forward expectations and requirements for us: first, let us understand the company's corporate culture and mission, and make our values consistent with the values of the company; The second is to establish a customer-centric thinking concept, through what we have learned on campus, promote the innovation of skills and products in the workplace, and complete the needs of customers with a realistic and pragmatic attitude; Finally, we hope that we will quickly integrate into the enterprise, apply what we have learned to our work, and work together, develop together, and achieve results together.

Tian Yongxin, general manager of Xinshida Intelligent Production Division, introduced the basic situation and scientific research structure of the company to the students, and expected the students to quickly get used to the new environment, integrate into the corporate culture, and bid farewell to the company's central values; Together, we must continue to learn, learn on the job, and grow in learning.

Qian Wei, assistant to the chairman of the board of directors of Xinshida Academy, introduced the central projects and development status of the university to the students, put forward the concept of "lifelong learning", and encouraged the students to continue to make breakthroughs and grow.

2 Class building, work together

With the completion of the orientation link, the 2022 new graduate training class has officially entered the first stage of training. Li Qingsong, the head teacher, introduced the content and arrangement of the training to the trainees in detail, and distributed the "Student Growth Manual" to each student. Tian Yongxin brought the first lesson of the class "Introduction to Corporate Culture" to the students.

During the training, the class construction was carried out through a series of activities such as "self-presentation, group building, wish sharing, and project co-construction", and the atmosphere was active, which not only enhanced the sense of collective honor, but also narrowed the distance between the students, and improved the self-confidence of the students to step into the post in the future, and accelerated the integration of characters.

3. Quality courses, help training and promote growth

In order to assist the rapid growth of the reborn generation, Xinshida University optimized the previous training form, set up a three-week "training period" program, and selected more than 30 outstanding executives, business backbones and technical experts from the company as training teachers, developed quality courses, and participated in teaching. The training content not only includes culture, strategy, market, skills, technology, products and other job knowledge, but also includes work quality, craftsman energy, tool use and other work skills and behavioral habits, and the training form adopts a step-by-step introduction, from shallow to deep, and is equipped with activities such as appreciation, practice, and project co-construction.

4. Broaden culture and accelerate integration

During the training period, cultural broadening was also arranged, and the "Happy Team Building Day" activity was launched, through the competition of five team games such as "paper airplanes, life is like a play, and playing football", which not only injected vitality into the training, but also made us realize the importance of "teamwork".

Before the end of the event, the company quietly sent birthday wishes to the two students who had birthdays that month. We gathered around the prepared birthday cake and sang the birthday song in unison, and the atmosphere reached a climax.

5 Professional Skills Challenge to help improve skills

During the training, in order to improve the students' skills and practical ability and team scientific research and innovation, the training class also launched a "professional skills challenge". Each group combined with their own professional talents and characteristics, received the corresponding topics, completed the formulation of solutions, and finally after the expert review and defense link, the topic planning of "defect detection system planning based on machine vision" stood out.

After this challenge, it is of great significance to the students, not only to improve the new use of ideas, but also to learn a lot of experience in the future professional skills. Chen Wei, director of the Enterprise Skills Center, said: "We can carefully complete the tasks on the basis of no practical experience, and the performance is very good, and I hope that we can continue to adhere to this kind of exploration and collaboration energy in our future work."
