It is necessary to ensure that each wire of the load cell goes directly to the corresponding port of the measuring instrument, otherwise a large measurement error will occur.

As mentioned earlier, in the compensation process of the six-wire load cell, the influence of the cable on the sensitivity coefficient is not considered, so it is necessary to select the measuring instrument suitable for the six-wire load cell; In fact, regarding the use of electronic weighing instruments beyond the load cell, it is generally necessary to receive the weighing instrument after the junction box is adjusted in parallel; As far as we know, some weighing instrument manufacturers use load cells, the encouragement and feedback of the six-wire sensor are connected in parallel with the polarity, and then the six-wire cable is connected to the instrument according to the six-wire system; Perhaps part of the cable of the four-wire sensor is blocked, and then connected to the instrument according to the six-wire system.

In fact, both of these connection methods destroy the original temperature compensation effect of the load cell, so that the electronic scale has a large weighing error due to the temperature difference in winter and summer. The precise application method is that when using a six-wire load cell, the feedback line of the load cell should be directly connected to the feedback line port of the weighing instrument, and it is not allowed to short the encouragement and feedback line of the same polarity in the junction box; The original length of the sensor cable should not be changed before using the four-wire sensor, and it is necessary to use the six-wire connection method between the junction box and the instrument.
