It is easy to deal with high-frequency and error-prone problems such as high misconnection rate of electrical wiring of sorting equipment and repeated line checking. When there is a problem with the module or the terminal point, the UR20 will prompt it through the LED light, and each module supports online hot swapping, which is easy to split and does not affect the normal operation.
03Improve wiring power and accuracy
The on-site construction of the production line requires the access of many sensors, and Weidmüller UR20 chooses the PUSH IN wiring method, which can greatly improve the wiring power, and at the same time ensure error-free wiring through color coding, helping users to identify each signal channel more intuitively, saving manpower and cost for wiring and debugging. Compared with the original wiring method, the timeliness of the device can be improved by more than 50%, and the time for review and calibration can be reduced by more than 20%.
