Judging from the details released by the CS series of collaborative robots, the safety protection level of this product series has reached PLd level. This is the second highest level of ISO13849 certification evaluation, which means that the CS series products have a very high level of safety protection. According to the ISO13849 standard system, the PLd protection standard has an hourly failure rate between 1 part per million and 1 part per 100,000.
It can be seen that whether it is safety controls, or system integration and software systems, CS has reached a very high level.

The CS series uses a 12.1-inch display and a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, which is conducive to seeing the impact more clearly and obtaining better screen observation and touch effects. In addition, the temperature tolerance of 0-50 degrees Celsius and the relative working humidity of up to 90% are also conducive to the teaching pendant in a variety of complex working environments.
More powerful I/O communication ports and higher current drive power are the prerequisites for CS series cobots to provide more equipment work. On the controller side, 24 DI (24 digital signal entry ports), 24 DO (24 digital signal output ports), 2 AI (2 analog signal connection ports) and 2 AO (2 analog signal output ports) are deployed to connect more external devices, including 16 configurable DI ports and 16 configurable DO ports.
In terms of drive current, the controller I/O provides a maximum of 3A current and a maximum of 6A external working current, which can carry more external power and more external devices to work at the same time.

Seamless connection of various devices to achieve high-speed signal transmission is another highlight of the new upgrade of CS series cobot technology. CS products support a variety of mainstream communication protocols, including TCP/IP, MODBUS TCP/RTU, Profinet, Ethernet IP slaves, etc., and can realize the access and operation of various devices and control boxes.
In terms of bandwidth, the control box provides three network cable interfaces, including one Gigabit network cable interface and two 100 Gigabit network cable interfaces. On the motherboard, the CS series cobots have independent motherboard resources. Therefore, the CSCS series products have the characteristics of higher speed and higher computing power, and its external real-time control speed of up to 4 milliseconds also makes the control more accurate and fast.
