When replacing the rectifier block, it is required to evenly coat a layer of silicon with good heat transfer function on the contact surface with the heat sink, and then tighten the screw. If there is no rectifier block of the same type, it can be replaced by other types of rectifier blocks of the same capacity, and the fixing screw holes must be drilled and tapped from scratch, and then installed and wired.

2. Inverter inverter module burnout repair

Medium and small inverters generally use three sets of IGTR (high-power transistor modules); The large-capacity models are all connected with multiple sets of IGTRs in parallel, so they should be tested one by one during the measurement and inspection. Damage to the IGTR can also cause the OC (+pA or +pd or +pn) protection function of the inverter to operate.

There are many reasons for damage to the inverter module: such as a short circuit caused by the output load; The load is too large, and the high current continues to operate; The load fluctuates a lot, resulting in excessive inrush current; Poor cooling fan; As a result, the temperature of the module is too high, resulting in problems such as module burnout, deterioration of function, and parameter change, resulting in abnormal output of the inverter.

3. The charging resistance of the inverter is easily damaged and repaired

The reasons for the damage of the charging resistance of the inverter are generally as follows: if the main circuit toucher is not well connected, the flow time is too long and it burns out; or the charging current is too large and burns out the resistor; Or because when the heavy load is started, the main circuit is energized and the RUN signal is turned on together, so that the charging resistance must pass through the charging current and the load inverter current together, so it is easy to be burned out.

The characteristics of its damage are generally manifested as damage marks such as incineration, blackening of the shell, and bursting. It can also be measured according to the multimeter (the resistance value of the machine with different capacities is different, you can refer to the resistance value of the same model to confirm).
