2.1 Handle the correct operation of the personnel on duty
Various precautions related to circuit breaker operation are summarized and summarized.
Before closing, check whether the mechanical locking handle of the switch cabinet is in the "working" position, and strictly prevent the circuit breaker from being closed in the "breaking and locking" direction, so as not to cause the circuit breaker to jump and burn the closing coil.
Before closing, you should check whether the energy storage motor power supply of the switch cabinet is invested, check whether the tension spring has been stored energy, as long as the energy storage motor power supply has been put into the case, the tension spring has been stored before agreeing to close the circuit breaker, so as to avoid long-term live incineration of the closing coil.
When operating the jump and close circuit breaker, once you find abnormal phenomena such as the traffic light is not on, the circuit breaker does not jump continuously, etc., you should quickly swing the control power supply to avoid incineration of the tissue jump and closing coil, and then close the control power supply for operation after the treatment is normal.
2.2 The treatment tissue does not lock and close when the energy storage is not realized
Some substations do not lock and close when they are not energy stored, which often causes the attendant to carry out the closing operation without knowing it, resulting in the long-term electrification of the closing coil, and then causing the closing coil to burn. In order to avoid this phenomenon, we decided to take a normally open contact of the energy storage circuit breaker and connect it into the closing circuit. When the tissue is in the quantile and has been stored (CK closed, DL closed at this moment), the closing circuit is turned on, and the closing operation can be carried out. When the tissue is in the quantile but is not stored (at this moment, CK is turned over and DL is closed), the closing circuit is cut by the CK contact, and the closing operation cannot be carried out, so as to avoid the circuit breaker not closing and burning the coil.
2.3 Mismatch of shunt resistors in the processing operation loop
The shunt resistance of the operating circuit is not matched, which simply causes the closing coil to be burned or the operating plug-in is burned, so it is necessary to start from the beginning in accordance with the requirements of the manual, combined with the maintenance and inspection workers to make it difficult for each circuit breaker to control the circuit resistance from the beginning, so as to meet the matching requirements.
