You can use two commands: TWR (Time Write) command and TRD (FNC166) TRD(P) command to adjust the built-in time.
1. TWR (Time Write) command
Write the time preset value to the built-in real-time clock: Clock information is written to the TWR (Time Write) command. The sequence number of the action instruction is FNC167, [S ·] T, C and D can be used, and only 16-bit operations can be used, accounting for 5 program steps.
The function of this instruction is to write the time preset value to the built-in real-time clock, and the written information is put to [S ·] in advance. In the first seven modules, when this command is executed, the built-in real-time clock is immediately changed to use a new time.
2. TRD(FNC166) TRD(P) instruction
TRD(FNC166) TRD(P) instructions are 16-bit operations and occupy 7 program steps. T, C and D are available.
The purpose of this command is to read the information of the built-in instant clock and put it into the 7 characters starting with [D.]. As shown in the figure below, when X1 is ON, the real-time clocks (which are stored in the common auxiliary registers D8013-8019 in the order of year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and week) are transmitted to D10-D16.
The time loading instruction, that is, from the system software common data register, the system software common data register for the instant clock, is D8013-D8019, in which the time, date, hour, minute, second and its day are matched.
Write instructions at all times, that is, write the information of people's calibration into the common register of the system software according to the PLC, and use TWR instructions.
Calibrate the clock
Usually the internal clock of the new PLC is wrong, and it is necessary for people to upgrade the Internet clock, which can be changed according to the program anytime and anywhere.
