1. Pressurization detection
The method of checking the order is: supply power to the sensor, blow the air guide hole of the high-frequency pressure sensor with the mouth, and use the voltage level of the multimeter to detect the voltage change at the output end of the sensor. If the relative sensitivity of a high-frequency pressure sensor is significant, this change can be significant. If nothing changes, the pressure needs to be applied by a pressure source.
Through the above methods, it is basically possible to detect the situation of a sensor. If accurate detection is required, it is necessary to use a standardized pressure source to apply pressure to the sensor, and calibrate the sensor according to the amount of pressure and the amount of change in the output signal. And if the conditions are agreed, the temperature of the relevant parameters will be detected.
2. Detection of zero point
Use the voltage level of the multimeter to detect the zero output of the sensor without applying pressure. This output is generally a voltage in the mV range, if it exceeds the technical specifications of the sensor, it means that the zero error of the sensor is out of range.
3. Detection of bridges and roads
The first thing to detect whether the circuit of the sensor is correct, generally is the Wheatstone full-bridge circuit, using the ohmic file of the multimeter, the impedance between the input terminals, and the impedance between the output terminals, these two impedances are the input and output impedances of the high-frequency pressure sensor. If the impedance is infinity, the bridge is disconnected, indicating that there is a problem with the sensor or the pin theory is not correctly judged.

Anti-jamming technology in sensor detection – Turck
1. Shielding skills
Containers are made from metal materials. Wrapping circuits that require maintenance between them can effectively prevent the disturbance of electric or magnetic fields, and this method is called shielding. Shielding can be divided into electrostatic shielding, electromagnetic shielding and low-frequency magnetic shielding.

Introduction to the photoelectric effect of sensors
The photoelectric effect can be divided into two categories: the external photoelectric effect and the internal photoelectric effect, and the internal photoelectric effect can be divided into the photoconductive effect and the photogenerated volt effect. It refers to the phenomenon that electrons in an object escape from the surface of the object under the illumination of light, resulting in photoelectron emission. Equipment made according to the external photoelectric effect ...

Turck's solution to the problem of torque sensors
Torque sensors are generally used to measure the magnitude and direction of the driver's torque acting on the steering wheel and convert it into an electrical signal. The power steering ECU receives this signal and the vehicle speed signal, confirms the direction and size of the auxiliary power, and then reduces the steering torque when traveling at low speeds.
