How to replace the arc welding power supply in the arc welding application of Fanuc industrial robots

Fig. 1 (b) Remove the cable fixing plate metal and weld the power fixing bolt 3 Refer to Fig. 1 (b) Remove the bolt holding the black L-shaped sheet metal at the bottom right of the control device and remove the sheet metal.

Figure 1 (c) Remove the cover of the welded power supply 4 Pull the cable from the outside of the control unit. 5. Refer to Figure 1 (c) to remove the sheet metal on the welded power supply.

Fig.1 (d) Remove the terminal of the soldering power supply 6 Refer to Fig. 1(d) and remove the cable terminals U1, V1, W1, and G located at the upper right of the soldering power supply.

Fig. 1 (e) Remove the welded power fixing bolt 7 and pull the removed cable in 6 to the side of the control unit. 8 Referring to Fig. 1 (b), (e), remove the bolt that fixes the welding power supply on the control device, and lift the control device with a crane. 9 Follow the reverse steps to install the new soldering power supply.
