Now, engineers combine inverters, PID conditioners, microcontrollers, PLCs, etc., to form a control system, which can regulate the output flow of the pump and reduce ineffective labor. As long as people set the outlet pressure of the pumping station main, the setting value is compared with the practical value of the feedback, and the difference is processed through calculation, and the system will announce the control instruction to control the number of units and speed of the pump motor, so as to reach the policy of stable pressure of the water supply main. Compared with the conditioning valve to control the water pressure, the system reduces the resistance of the pipeline, greatly reduces the efficiency of interception loss, and does not require manual frequent operation, which reduces the labor intensity.
