Through more than 40 years of development, communication motor frequency conversion speed regulation has become a major means to save electric energy, improve production process, improve product quality, and improve the operating environment. The first is the soft-start function. The second is to optimize the operation of the motor. In the fan, central air conditioning and other systems, the traditional water supply method is completed by using water towers, high-level water tanks, air pressure tanks and other equipment. The water pressure at the outlet is often affected by factors such as the height of the water tank and the amount of water storage, and often changes, and it is not simple to truly complete the constant pressure. In addition, the traditional speed regulation method of fans, pumps and other equipment is to adjust the air supply and water supply by adjusting the baffle plate and valve opening of the inlet and exit. When the input power is too large, a large amount of energy is consumed in the process of intercepting the flow of the baffle and valve, which constitutes a waste. It's like people transporting bricks that greatly exceed the required amount of bricks to high-rise buildings without accurately calculating the amount of work, which constitutes a waste of manpower and man-hours. Now, engineers combine inverters, PID conditioners, microcontrollers, PLCs, etc., to form a control system, which can regulate the output flow of the pump and reduce ineffective labor. As long as people set the outlet pressure of the pumping station main, the setting value is compared with the practical value of the feedback, and the difference is processed through calculation, and the system will announce the control instruction to control the number of units and speed of the pump motor, so as to reach the policy of stable pressure of the water supply main. Compared with the conditioning valve to control the water pressure, the system reduces the resistance of the pipeline, greatly reduces the efficiency of interception loss, and does not require manual frequent operation, which reduces the labor intensity. Now, I am busy in places such as water plants, daily communities, fire water supply systems, sewage lifting and treatment systems, agricultural drainage and irrigation, and music fountains.

In the central air conditioning, fan and other systems, we also have a good embodiment. Central air conditioning is planned according to the maximum demand for cold (heat) plus 10-20%, which consumes a lot of electricity and has great potential for energy saving. Use me to regulate the speed and energy-saving control of the central air conditioning refrigeration compressor, refrigeration pump, cooling pump, cooling tower fan, return air device, etc., which can avoid excessive flow and excessive pressure, ensure the normal and useful operation of the system, and save 20%-50% of electricity.
