1. The use of ultrasonic spacer sensor skills

An ultrasonic sensor consists of three parts: an ultrasonic transducer, a processing unit, and an output stage. First, the processing unit excites the ultrasonic transducer with voltage, and after it is excited, it announces the ultrasonic wave in the form of a pulse, and then the ultrasonic transducer is transferred to the bearing state, and the processing unit analyzes the received ultrasonic pulse to determine whether the received signal is the echo of the announced ultrasonic wave. If so, measure the travel time of the ultrasonic wave, convert it into a stroke according to the measured time, and divide it by 2, that is, the object interval of the reflected ultrasonic wave. The ultrasonic sensor is installed in a suitable position, and the ultrasonic wave is emitted in the direction of the measured object, and the distance between the surface of the object and the sensor can be measured. Ultrasonic sensors have transmitters and receivers, but an ultrasonic sensor can also have the dual role of sending and receiving sound waves. Ultrasonic sensors use the principle of piezoelectric effect to convert electrical energy and ultrasonic waves into each other, that is, when emitting ultrasonic waves, the electrical energy is converted and ultrasonic waves are emitted; At the time of receiving the echo, the ultrasonic vibration is converted into an electrical signal.

2. The use of ultrasonic sensors in medicine

The use of ultrasound in medicine is mainly to diagnose diseases, and it has become a non-definitive method of diagnosis in clinical medicine. The advantages of ultrasound diagnosis are: no pain, no damage, simple method, clear visualization, and high accuracy of diagnosis.

3. The use of ultrasonic sensors in measuring liquid level

The basic principle of ultrasonic measurement of liquid level is: the ultrasonic pulse signal announced by the ultrasonic probe is transmitted in the gas, and is reflected after encountering the interface between air and liquid. The ultrasonic measurement method has many advantages that cannot be compared with other methods: (1) there are no mechanical transmission parts, and it does not touch the liquid to be measured, which is classified as non-touch measurement, and is not afraid of electromagnetic disturbance, and is not afraid of strong corrosive liquids such as acid and alkali, so it has stable performance, high reliability and long life; (2) Its response time is short, and it can easily realize real-time measurement without lag.

4. The use of ultrasonic sensors in the ranging system

Ultrasonic ranging can be used in the following ways:

(1) Take the average voltage of the output pulse, the voltage (its amplitude is basically fixed) is proportional to the interval, and the interval can be measured by measuring the voltage;

(2) Measure the width of the output pulse, that is, the time interval t between the emitted ultrasonic wave and the receiving ultrasonic wave, so the measured interval is S=1/2vt. If the ranging accuracy is very high, it should be corrected by temperature compensation. Ultrasonic ranging is suitable for high-precision measurement of medium and long intervals.

5. The use of ultrasonic sensors in industry

On the industrial side, the typical use of ultrasonic is non-destructive testing and ultrasonic thickness measurement of metals.
