Laser Sensor: A sensor that uses laser skills to measure. It consists of a laser, a laser detector, and a measurement circuit. The laser sensor is a new type of measuring instrument, which has the advantage of being able to achieve non-contact long-distance measurement, fast speed, high precision, large range, strong anti-light and electrical interference ability, etc.
1. Laser displacement sensor
Laser triangulation is used for measurement. When measuring, the laser emitted by the sensor irradiates the surface of the measured object, and the camera system in the sensor takes a picture of the light spot on the surface of the measured object. By analyzing the position of the spot on the CCD or CMOS chip of the camera system, the interval between the sensor and the surface of the object to be measured can be obtained.
2. Laser distance sensor
Use phase measurement. Using the frequency of the radio band, the laser beam is modulated with fluctuations, and the phase delay caused by the modulated light traveling to and from the survey line once is measured, and then the interval represented by the phase delay is converted according to the wavelength of the modulated light.
3. Two-dimensional laser measurement sensor
Laser triangulation is used for measurement. During measurement, the sensor emits a beam of laser to irradiate the surface of the measured object, and the camera system in the sensor takes a picture of the linear spot on the surface of the measured object. By analyzing the orientation of the spot on the CCD or CMOS chip of the camera system, the coordinate dimensions of the X-axis and Z-axis of the linear spot can be obtained.
4. Laser position sensitive sensor
The PSD chip is used to measure the orientation of the laser energy center, and PSD is a junction optoelectronic device made by ion implantation technology that can confirm the orientation of the energy center of light. The sensor has high measurement accuracy, and the one-dimensional accuracy can be as high as 0.2um. In addition, there is no quadrant division line on the photosensitive surface of the chip, which eliminates the measurement dead zone, and the spot orientation can be continuously measured.
According to these four sensors, the research and development of various measuring instruments has been completed, such as caliper, width gauge, thickness gauge, inner hole straightness measuring instrument, bimetal sheet bending detector, contour measuring instrument, inner diameter measuring instrument, etc., which are all testing equipment produced by laser measurement sensors, which has great assistance to production.
