1. Photoelectric head dust masking
When the photoelectric sensor is operating, it is easy to accumulate dust or oil dirt on the receiving head, resulting in problems such as insensitive sensor response, false triggering or non-triggering, and even failure to operate normally. At this time, we need to clean the photoelectric head.
Cleaning method:
1. Remove the photoelectric sensor (be careful not to touch the receiving head);
2. Soak cotton swabs with more than 97% medical alcohol or professional cleaning solution;
3. Wipe the photohead gently, taking care not to damage the photohead;
4. After the alcohol evaporates and cleans, install the sensor from scratch.
Second, the azimuth offset of the photoelectric head
The photoelectric head of the photoelectric sensor is a delicate device, and the misalignment of the azimuth will seriously affect the measurement results. This usually occurs when the sensor is disturbed by external forces, such as excessive force during cable construction, which causes the sensor orientation to shift. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the orientation of the photoelectric head from the beginning.
Adjustment method:
1. Remove the photoelectric sensor;
2. To adjust the orientation of the photohead, it is necessary to use professional adjustment tools;
3. After the device, adjust it from scratch and check whether the sensor is working normally.
3. The photoelectric head is damaged
The photohead is the core component of the photoelectric sensor, which adopts careful planning and manufacturing technology, but there is also the possibility of damage during long-term use. In the process of use, if the photoelectric head is accidentally stressed or the circuit fails, it will lead to damage to the photoelectric head, which will seriously affect the service life and detection accuracy of the sensor.
Alternatives:
1. Remove the photoelectric sensor;
2. Disassemble the original photoelectric head according to the manual or operation instructions;
3. Select the appropriate photoelectric head to replace the original parts (it is necessary to use original accessories or reliable brand products);
4. Adjust from scratch after installation and check whether the sensor is working properly.

What problems do Banner laser distance sensors have that need to be solved?
(1) When the target to be measured is not perpendicular to the transducer of the sensor. This is because the target of the ultrasonic test must be within an angle of no more than 10° perpendicular to the sensor.
(2) When a small beam diameter is required. Because the diameter of the general ultrasonic beam is ...
