The distance between the front and rear panels of the cabinet should not exceed 3 mm. The spacing between cabinets should not exceed 3 mm. When the devices are lined up in a row and there is a certain interval between the devices, please control the error between the front and rear panels to less than 5mm.
4. Do not fall off or damage the parts of the cabinet. When the paint surface comes off, it should be pre-painted so that all symbols are completely clear.
5. The cabinet device is sturdy, and it is reinforced according to the seismic planning construction drawings according to the seismic requirements.
6. The cabinet cannot be installed directly on the raised floor. Please manufacture the base according to the dimensions of the underside of the device.
7. Leave 800mm space in front of the cabinet panel, and the interval between the rear of the cabinet and the wall is more than 600mm, which is convenient for installation and construction.
8. The wall-mounted cabinet should be spaced 1200mm apart from the ground;
9. After the cabinet positioning is fixed, the equipment and parts are installed in the cabinet. Verify that the device is properly installed in the cabinet
10. The fixing screws, washers and spring washers of the casing should be tightened according to the requirements to avoid leakage; It is necessary for the cabinet to be lightning protected and grounded.
11. The wall-mounted device should be installed on the lubricated and consolidated wall. At least 300 mm from the floor, level and straight with the wall. The straightness error should be less than 3 mm.
12. When drilling holes in the wall, do not damage the pipes of the wall, and the depth of the hole must be more than 70mm. There are more than 4 expansion screws used to secure the chassis (6 or more when the C-type chassis is suspended). If necessary, place a bracket under the cabinet to keep the cabinet safe.
13. When installing the floor cabinet, the base of the device should consider the direction of the cabinet door and the convenience of operation, and give priority to the direction of the hatch for wiring. It is necessary to open the equipment and wiring doors thoroughly. After the cabinet device is completed, it should be marked, and the label should be consistent, clear and clean. After the cabinet installation is completed, it is necessary to block the threading holes in and out of the cabinet with fireproof cement. Do a good job of rodent control, insect prevention, waterproof and moisture-proof treatment.
