Workflow:

Place the ProFeeder in a suitable position next to the CNC;

Fix the UR robot on the ProFeeder table;

Energize and ventilate the Profeeder to activate the feeding trolley;

The target workpiece is placed in the tray trough of the trolley;

Power on the robot and install PF+ URCaps;

According to the size of the end tool of the UR robot, the size of the workpiece and the pallet, the PF program is simply set, the robot is started, and the robot feeding mode is turned on.

Precise gripping, fast switching between different workpieces and different tray gripping programs.

Technical description: UR robot is small in size, flexible in deployment, simple in programming, high in positioning accuracy and good in stability. Combined with EasyRobotics' robust ProFeeder table and intelligent PF+ waypoint software, with the right end-of-line tooling, a plug-and-play, flexible loading and unloading solution can be integrated in a short period of time.

The main body of ProFeeder is made of exquisite materials, stable and strong, with high positioning accuracy, strong scalability, and diverse layouts, which can make the robot operation cell modular.

PF+ software is standardized, the setting is simple, and the integration of robot applications is more convenient;
