On October 22, Shanghai, Xinshida Robot Super Factory, Xinshida signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongce Rubber, one of the world's top ten tire companies, and Gude Intelligent, a system integrator focusing on the rubber tire industry, to launch an innovative laser lettering intelligent solution for the rubber tire industry. At this stage, the plan has already been implemented in the headquarters of Zhongce Rubber Group and its subordinate Qingquan Company, and it is operating smoothly.

Guo Jiangang, director of the equipment department of Zhongce Rubber Qingquan Company, introduced the work experience of the implementation of the project. He emphasized that the newly upgraded rubber tire laser lettering plan uses a new process to create a high return on investment for Zhongce Qingquan. The R&D team of Gude Intelligent used a new laser engraving process to replace the time-consuming, laborious and ineffective cycle plate and steel license plate process that has been used for decades, and completed the recovery of investment in the year, which not only reduced labor costs, but also improved the qualification rate of goods and completed high-quality intelligent manufacturing.

Liu Haibo, general manager of Gude Intelligence, emphasized that the newly upgraded rubber tire laser lettering plan benefited from Xinshida's grasp of the key technology of the robot. In the process of planning and program development, the company cooperated with Xinshida R&D engineers to develop and launch a nanosecond flying shooting software process package for the process application needs of the tire segment industry, which can meet the laser lettering technical standards of all steel tires and semi-steel tires, thereby reducing costs and improving productivity for customers.

Liu Haibo said that the newly upgraded plan can also bring other functions to customers, such as DIY trademark customization, market imitation goods management and vulcanization ID production process remodeling, correction of circulation link number errors and tire information inconsistencies, and improve the accuracy and clarity of vulcanized goods.
